Mission/Principle

We established a joint venture together with Toshiba and Amkor Technology and changed the company name to J-Devices Corporation in October, 2009.
We made a new start with the world's class technology, aiming to gain global share for Japanese semiconductor business.
Having Amkor's support for procurement of materials as well as our cost reduction, we will brush up our technology and would like to lead Japanese semiconductor manufacturing. Our purposes are to improve existing process with venture spirits and establish what only we can do. We need "Challenging spirit" and "Creative ideas" from all of our engineers and staff.

 Assembly (Memory/Logic), Product technology, Package design, Lead frame/Substrate design
・Test business planning (experienced one or more of following work over 3 years)
 Evaluation (Logic), Test technology development, Test program development, Test strategy, Investment affair
2. Package development engineer of Power/Analog devices
 Development/planning of Power/Analog devices, Package design, Materials/Process development,
 Analysis of electricity/thermal/stress
Eligible candidates Work experience in the above fields
Employment status Full-time employee
